So, India seals the series 2-0 and this is the first-ever series win for Jasprit Bumrah the captain. India still have one more game in the series. We may see some chops and changes in that to give the reserve bench some opportunity. Meanwhile, Ireland will look to come on top and avoid a clean sweep at home.

Thank you so much for bearing with us. This was the team of Arijit Kundu and Probuddha Bhattacharya as the commentators coupled with Raju Khariya, the scorer/analyst. Stay tuned to the network for more cricketing extravaganza.
Jasprit Bumrah (India Captain): "Yes, I am very happy today. It was drier today, and hence you can come in and bowl harder. We thought that the wicket would get slower in the later half and so wanted to bat first. It feels good to lead such a young team every one out there wants to go out and perform. Everyone is very confident with their game and it becomes difficult to select a playing XI. It gives me great happiness to lead such an enthusiastic team. Yeah, pretty happy to be back."
Paul Stirling (Ireland Captain): "We had chances to win that game but did not take it. We had positives throughout the 40 overs. Hopefully, we can take that on in the next game. I think we just let them get away in the last couple of overs. We saw Samson is very great, took their time. They are very difficult batters to bowl to. Lot of areas to improve on. I think we can come back the next day and win a game."
Rinku Singh (Player of the Match): "Feeling very good. This is my second game and was very much eager to get batting. I tried to replicate what I did in IPL. Yes, I will listen to what my captain [Bumrah] says. He is a great kid. [Bumrah, the translator].

Feels very good. The hard work that I have done, has been working hard for 10 years. The hard work that I did gets paid off with such contributions. The first game I batted, I get the Player of the Match, and it could not get any happier."
Player of the Match: Rinku Singh
Andrew Balbirnie: "We know they are a highly skilled bowling attack. Kinda disappointed in the end the way it got away from us. We were playing very good cricket against a very good team. Hope we can get on with some win.

Yeah, it's different. I have been in the position in the change room before [when things does not go the desired way]. Some days they will come on great and some days they might get caught out. thats the way we play. Friday was interesting and we were very close, bit bizare. We feel we can beat them if we play good cricket together."
Best Striker of the Match: Andrew Balbirnie.
11:03 PM IST, 6:33 Local Time: Time for the post-match presentation ceremony...
10:55 PM IST; 6:25 PM Local Time, Probuddha: That is it! A wicket maiden in the 20th over from the Indian skipper to seal the series against Ireland 2-0. Now, India has seven consecutive wins over Ireland in T20I. This is also Bumrah's first series win as a captain.

India and Ireland faced off in the second T20I of the three-match series at the Village in Malahide. India came into this match with a 1-0 lead and was looking to seal the deal. Ireland won the toss and decided to field first.

India got off to a solid start, and it looked like both of them will go big. But soon, Yashasvi Jaiswal (18 off 11) succumbed and was immediately followed by Tilak Varma (1 off 2). However, Ruturaj Gaikwad kept his composure and continued batting at the other end. He was joined by Sanju Samson, who looked rusty at the start but then found his full flow. Just when the pair was looking very dangerous, having stitched a partnership of 71 runs, Sanju Samson (40 off 26) fell, failing to convert a start yet again.

Soon after this, India lost a settled batter in Ruturaj (58 off 43) when the team’s score was 129 in 15.1 overs. Rinku Singh and Shivam Dube got together at this stage and had the responsibility of taking the team over 180 runs. But both the left-handers struggled to get going, and it looked like India would fall short of a good total. At the end of the 18th over, India were stationed at 143 runs, and the team management was hoping for a real shift of gears at this stage.

This was exactly what Rinku Singh (38 off 21) and Shivam Dube (22 off 16) did. The duo took on the attack to the Irish bowling and took the Indian total to 185 runs at the end of the 20 overs.

In the chase, Ireland had a good start, but Prasidh Krishna changed the course of the match. He picked up two wickets in the third over, and with that, Ireland started losing their way. India chipped away with a couple of more wickets, and by the end of the tenth over, Ireland were 63 for four wickets.

However, Andrew Balbirnie did not give up and kept the fight alive from one end. With Campher and Dockrell alongside him, Balbrinie was taking the home side closer to the target. But unfortunately, wickets kept falling at the other end, and that created a lot of pressure on Balbirnie. Ultimately, he fell in the 16th over after playing a fighting knock of 72 runs from 51 balls with the team’s score at 123 runs. After this, there was not much fight left in the home team. Ultimately Ireland were able to score 152 runs, and India won the match by 33 runs and, with that, sealed the three-match series.

19.6 J Bumrah to J Little
4b Full and outside the off. Little swings hard and misses it. Sanju fails to grab the ball well and lets it go beyond towards the ropes. Although it will be some extras for India, it has been a terrific over from Jasprit Bumrah. It's a wicket maiden in the 20th over from Bumrah and India seal the series 2-0 with this win.
19.5 J Bumrah to J Little
0 Targets the yorker at the leg stump and the batter jams it down back to the left of the bowler. Not the best of the perfection but Little had premeditated for room and had to block it down.

19.4 J Bumrah to M Adair
W WICKETTTT!! In the slot and has been grabbed by the fielder at the deep. Fuller one from Bumrah. Missed on the yorker by mere inches and Adair miscued the hoick towards the fielder at deep mid wicket. A good catch from Tilak Varma to keep his eye under the ball and grasp it.
19.3 J Bumrah to M Adair
0 Drags the length back and into the right hander. Adair goes for the wild swing across the line and is beaten on the inside edge.
19.2 J Bumrah to M Adair
0 Full and straight at the woods. The batter smashes hard down the ground and Arshdeep from long on scurries to his left and saves the four. No runs taken.
19.1 J Bumrah to M Adair
0 Bumrah to bowl the final over. Full and shaped in at the fourth stump line. Almost a yorker. Adair gets some bat on it towards mid on.
Probuddha: So technically the match is over. 38 runs off six deliveries, if India bowl all legal deliveries that is not possible.
