So, that's it from our coverage of the first of 5 T20IS between Namibia and Zimbabwe. Namibia lead the series 1-0 with 4 games to play.  Both teams will be back in action at the same venue and time tomorrow. Do join us for that game and for all other fixtures around the globe, stay tuned to our network for all the other actions across formats.

For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash alongside scorer/analyst Paras Yadav. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodnight and CHEERS!
Gerhard Erasmus (Namibia Captain): "Yeah, I thought we laid a really good foundation there in the power play and through the first punches in the series and hopefully that's a good foundation to continue building on and keep on raising the level throughout the series.

The bowlers put the ball in the right area, good energy in the field, and then obviously some good striking from Nico and a few other guys that contributed nicely throughout the innings."

Craig Ervine (Zimbabwe Captain): "It was a tough day for us and we were put under pressure throughout. We were outplayed today and never got going. We will evaluate where we went wrong and formulate different plans going forward. We are back tomorrow for another game and hope to learn from our mistakes and come better prepared tomorrow. We have to change from what we did today. Thank You."
Nikolaas Davin (Player of the Match): "It was a change, for sure. A little bit more pace on the ball and that's exactly what I want."

8:32 PM IST, 17:02 Local Time: Time for the post-match presentation.
8:25 PM IST, 4:55 PM Local Time: Davin finishes things off in style as Namibia win this game by 7 wickets with 38 balls left. The hosts have outplayed Zimbabwe in all facets of the game and deserve this win in the end.

Chasing 122 to win this game, Namibia lost Van Lingen early. But Davin was the star with the bat as he aced the chase with an unbeaten 80* off 44 balls as he carried his bat. Frylinck scored 11 while Kotze was unbeaten on 11* off 9 balls. 7 extras given by the fielding side as the target was achieved in 13.4 overs.

Not much to talk about the Zimbabwe bowling with such a paltry score to defend. Richard Ngarava got a couple of wickets while Luke Jongwe got the other wicket to fall. The visitors also dropped two catches in the outfield.

Earlier in the game, Zimbabwe won the toss and decided to bat first and lost wickets at regular intervals. Ryan Burl scored 14 while Sikandar Raza top scored with 39 off 35 balls. Wessly Madhevere scored 22 off 24 balls. Luke Jongwe scored 22 off 22 balls in the end as Zimbabwe ended with 121/9 in 20 overs with 5 extras given by the fielding side. This was never going to be enough.

Skipper Gerhard Erasmus was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 3/15 in 4 overs. The rest of the bowlers picked up a wicket apiece. Shikongo, Lungameni, Smit, Loftie-Eaton, Scholtz, and Frylinck all got a wicket. So, all the bowlers introduced got a wicket each to their name. All in all, a good day for Namibia and a bad one for Zimbabwe.

So, a win for Namibia over Zimbabwe by 7 wickets with 38 balls left as they go 1-0 up in the 5-match T20I series. Stay tuned for the presentations.
