That's all from our today's coverage of 1st WT20I between Bangladesh Women and Australia Women. This is Gourav Samal signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Ayan Chatterjee and scorer/analyst Ashok Dayma. Stay runed with us for more cricket actions all around the world. Thank you. Good bye. Have a happy weekend.
Alyssa Healy (Australia Women Captain and Player of the Match) :  "Happy with the performance today. First we gave us a target that can be easily chased down. The bowlers did a terrific job but we looked to keep them down to 110. Then Beth played well for her fifty. (About the pitch) Although there is little for the bowlers but it’s a great T20 wicket, good for batting. If it remains such, we can also put up good scores in the World Cup ahead."
Player of the Match: Alyssa Healy
Nigar Sultana (Bangladesh Women Captain): "Yes, an improved performance. Me and Murshida tried to build a partnership and wanted to score something. Not really. We could have bowled better, but they batted really well out there and a lot to learn from us. We have to improve our mentality. I think our bowlers are young and they will learn from the experience. Thank You."
Time for the presentations.
14:00 IST and 14:30 Local Time | 14:00 IST and 14:30 Local Time | That’s the end of the match. Australia won the match by 10 wickets and with seven overs remaining.

Let’s have a review of what happened in the match.

After winning the toss, Bangladesh Women opted to bat first. They lost Dilara Akter on the very first ball of the innings. Sobhana Mostary also didn’t trouble the scorers and departed without scoring any runs. Murshida was then joined by skipper Nigar Sultana in the middle. The duo added 57 runs for the third wicket before Murshida was dismissed for 20 of 27 balls. After the fall of the third wicket Fahima Khatun came into bat and provided a valiant support to the skipper to build the innings. She scored  27 of 21 balls before getting dismissed, while Nigar Sultana remained not out on 62 of 63 balls and helped her team to post a total of 126/4 in 20 overs.

With a target of 127 to chase in the second innings, Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney opened the innings for Australia Women. From the very first over, both the batters looked comfortable in the middle and played some brilliant shots around the park to put pressure on Bangladeshi bowlers and went on to win the match without losing any wicket. Both the openers also completed their half-century. Alyssa Healy remained not out on 65 of 42 balls while Beth Mooney remained unbeaten on 55 of 36 balls.

For Bangladesh Marufa Akter was the most economical bowler who gave away just 19 runs in 3 overs. Others were hammered all over the ground that helped Australia to clinch the win.

12.6 S Akter to B Mooney
4 FOUR! Flighted outside off, Mooney goes inside out over extra covers as the ball races away to the fence for a boundary and that will do it for this game. A comprehensive win for Australia Women as they win this by 10 wickets with 7 overs to spare. The World Champions go 1-0 up in the 3-match series.
Beth Mooney gets to her fifty as well. She gets there in just 35 balls.
12.5 S Akter to B Mooney
2 Flatter on middle and leg, Mooney flicks it towards mid-wicket region for two runs and completes her half-century. That's some sort of innings by the Australian opener. Australia is just a couple if runs away from the win.
12.4 S Akter to B Mooney
0 Good length around off, Mooney defends forward.
12.3 S Akter to B Mooney
4 FOUR!! And it's almost done for Australia Women. Length outside off, Mooney goes for a inside out shot over cover. Ball races away to the fence for another boundary.
12.2 S Akter to A Healy
1 Tosses it up here, Healy drills it down to long-on for a single.
12.1 S Akter to B Mooney
1 Flatter on off, Mooney dances down the pitch and plays it straight along the ground toward long-on for a single.
